The largest annual homeland security event in Moscow is now open for all would-be exhibitors. The upcoming Interpolitex 2019 will be held at the spacious Pavilion 75 of the VDNH in the Russian capital from October 22 until 25. The event organizers Bizon are eager to welcome participants from China and India along with any enterprise looking for fresh opportunities in the Russian Federation. Although Interpolitex does favor Russian companies, adopting foreign technology is seen as expedient for both state agencies and private enterprises.

The organizers of Interpolitex 2019, which is the event’s 23rd installment, are offering discounts and other incentives for exhibitors who register early. 21st Century Asian Arms Race (21AAR) is a media partner for Interpolitex 2019.

Here’s a video clip for Interpolitex 2018 prepared by the organizer.

Companies from the Asia-Pacific are encouraged to join Interpolitex 2019. The four-day event promises a variety of activities, including the Say Future conference, and is covered by foreign and local media. Aside from exposure, Interpolitex 2019 will see the participation of Russia’s security agencies and their suppliers. The latest equipment and products in the fields of network and physical security are on display too and even prototypes from Russia’s military-industrial sector are rolled out for public viewing. Here are other reasons for joining the show:

Interpolitex 2019 is taking place in Pavilion 75 of the sprawling VDNH (also known as the VDNKh) that’s known for its spectacular architecture and tourist amenities. The event venue is accessible by car and metro and there are no shortage of dining options that can be reached by foot. Of course, on-site security is superb because the venue will be ringed by the police and interior ministry.

While it shouldn’t be mistaken for one of several military exhibitions held in Russia each year, Interpolitex 2019 is the largest for security agencies like the FSB, the National Guard, and the police. There will be a military presence at the show, albeit a small one, and ballistic protection, small arms, and other pieces of kit used by the military and police can be found in the venue. Visitors can look forward to over-the-top live demonstrations outside the venue where elite security personnel perform theatrical combat drills.

This year’s Interpolitex offered fresh glimpses into the new tools being made for Russia’s domestic security agencies. Companies that either manufacture or sell communications equipment, biometrics and recognition devices, cybersecurity and encryption apps, emergency and lifesaving gear, surveillance and tracking hardware, and robotic and unmanned vehicles will find a competitive and dynamic environment at Interpolitex 2019. Different types of firearms ad their accessories enjoy a special place at each Interpolitex and the next one won’t be any different.

Ranking officers, ministers, and local executives will be in attendance at the venue. Since it spans four days (October 22 to 25) a packed schedule of conferences, product launches, and live demonstrations are taking place for visitors to learn about products and mingle with new acquaintances. This year, 470 exhibitors joined Interpolitex, and the organizers are hoping to beat this number in 2019. Companies eager for access to a huge domestic market can take advantage of early bird privileges and register now.
